26th of November is Veera Kappetipola remembrance day.

අද දිනට (නොවැ: 26) සිංහලේ පළමු නිදහස් සටනේ අභිමානවත් පෙරටු ගාමියෙකු වූ මොණරවිල කැප්පෙටිපොළ විරුවානන් දැයෙන් සමුගෙන වසර 189 ක් වෙයි.
